Autograph, 'C. A. Lindbergh,' on a letterhead from the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver, Colorado, dated August 31, 1927. An unused postage stamp, 10 cents, blue, 'Lindbergh Air Mail' is attached to the letterhead. Two corners scorched. It was obtained during a visit at the hotel. Folded. Together with a photograph of Lindbergh, standing alongside the Spirit of St. Louis. Inscribed on the picture, 'I am proud to have done it for America. My reward will be your continued use of 'Air Mail' Charles A. Lindbergh' The inscription and signature are undoubtedly printed. Accompanied by original envelope, postmarked Saint Louis June 27, 1927. Return address is 'from Charles A. Lindbergh / Care of Chamber of Commerce, St. Louis, Mo.' Good condition, with minor wear and tear. There is also a news article enclosed 'Lindy's autograph most valuable on earth, says expert' from New York Dec. 19.
